✨ Prepare your body & mind for birth

With props for comfort, grounding practices, and a focus on you + baby, this series is the perfect blend of movement, relaxation, and support. Guided by Stephanie β€” Registered Yoga Instructor, Prenatal & Postnatal specialist, and Kinesiologist with over 10 years of experience working with Mommas.
