A slow and sweet style of yoga helping to relax your nervous system that is very gentle on the joints. Using lots of props to support all bodies, you will find your way into a variety of seated, standing, and reclined postures with modifications to support those who have joint or mobility concerns.

Join us on August 10 from 10 AM to 12 PM at the stunning Dahlia May Flower Farm, where fields of fresh, vibrant blooms set the scene for a morning of relaxation, creativity, and connection.
Begin your journey with a rejuvenating 45-minute yoga session led by Breath & Balance, designed to ground your body and calm your mind. Then, drift into a state of deep relaxation with a soothing sound bath, followed by the chance to paint your own pottery, adding a personal and creative touch to your experience.
This event is a beautiful way to treat yourself to peace, presence, and artistry in a truly serene setting.
Ticket includes yoga, sound bath, and a $15 credit toward your pottery piece.

Join Stephanie of Breathe and Balance for yoga by the bay. These pop up classes will rotate between Belleville and the Trent Port Marina this summer.
Belleville classes will take place on the other side of the tobogganing hill at East Zwick’s Centennial Park.
Please bring:
-Yoga Mat or a Towel
-Sun Protections
-Bug Spray
-Water/Hydration
Classes are weather dependent.

Yoga, Stretch, and Sound
A fan favourite is back!
Experience a potent blend of yoga, Fascial Stretch Therapy, and sound meditation — enhanced with a sprinkle of Reiki energy support for deep restoration and release.
Join Andrew & Stephanie on Saturday, May 24th at 10:30am for a 75-minute restorative practice designed to soothe the nervous system, unravel tension, and support the health of your fascia. Weather permitting, this will be an outdoor offering, along side the Bay of Quinte, behind the Ramada Inn.
This immersive session gently combines mindful movement and assisted stretching to hydrate and mobilize fascia — the connective tissue that weaves through your entire body. Yoga and fascial stretching work synergistically to release restrictions, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical resilience. Sound meditation adds a vibrational layer of healing, helping to calm the mind, regulate the breath, and support cellular regeneration. Reiki energy invites a subtle, energetic balance to complete the experience.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, more fluid, and deeply nourished — body, mind, and fascia.
Weather permitting, this practice will be held outdoors.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask/pillow, and bolster or pillow to support your comfort for this event.

Yoga By The Bay
It’s time to kick off a season of outdoor yoga with Breathe & Balance. This class will vary week to week and offer suitable variations of postures for all levels (very beginner friendly). A playful blend of postures with the serene view of the Bay of Quinte offers a beautiful and grounding backdrop for your practice.
Bring a mat or a towel, water bottle, and an open mind.

Somatic Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork is a transformative healing modality that integrates intentional breathwork with body awareness. Using various breathing techniques, Stephanie creates a safe environment that empowers you to explore and release what no longer serves you. By creating space for emotional healing, this practice fosters personal growth, mental clarity, and wellbeing.
The class will start off with gentle breathwork to help you ground, and build to more somatic styles designed to help you shed and release, and will finish with a guided sound meditation.
This 75minute event will allow you to connect with your body’s innate wisdom, unlocking and releasing stored emotions, and stress.

This flowy, playful class offers a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga that will have your body feeling amazing. A mix of seated, standing, balance, and reclined poses mixed with breath work, and meditation. The balance you have been looking for in a yoga class.
