Yin Yoga — Deep Rest & Subtle Renewal
This is a slow, grounding practice designed to invite your body into softness and support. In Yin, poses are held for several minutes and are fully supported with props—bolsters, blankets, and blocks—so you can safely release effort and allow the body to open in its own time. Rather than targeting muscles, we gently work with the fascial network, encouraging hydration, mobility, and deep tissue release.
The long, supported holds help soothe the nervous system, guiding you into a parasympathetic state where rest, repair, and regulation can occur. As the body unwinds, the mind often follows, creating space for stillness, clarity, and inner calm.
This practice also engages the body’s meridian pathways, supporting energetic balance and inviting subtle shifts physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Perfect for all levels—especially those seeking restoration, nervous system support, or a deeply nourishing self-care experience. Come as you are, and let the props hold you while you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner quiet. ✨
